英文摘要 Practice that affects and restricts teacher training at least consists of three dimensions, i. e. society-led practice, professional mainstream practice and teacher-dominated practice. The dimension of teacher-dominated practice is the one that can finally and truly improve the quality of teacher training, but the premise must be an ideal state of “the conjunction of the three practices”.
