| 英文摘要 |
This article summarizes the evolvement of the education policy on government-funded studying abroad since the founding of PRC, especially since the reform and opening in China. Also, the article analyzes the different theories and viewpoints on the braindrain and back, and discusses the cost and benefit of the government-funded studying abroad in China from the view of cost and income to prove that there is great and long-period benefit from the policy on government-funded studying abroad.
