在提高农村教育质量,促进我国教育均衡发展的背景下,加强教师队伍建设是提高边疆民族地区教育质量的前提条件和决定性因素。当前,我国边疆民族地区教师结构不合理、专业水平较低、培训机会较少、流失率高以及双语教师缺乏。针对这些主要问题,本文提出如下建议:完善边疆民族地区教师待遇的保障机制;创新边疆民族地区教师的配置机制;加大边疆民族地区教师的培训力度;坚守教师队伍建设的民族特色和地区特色;拓展教师队伍建设的外部支持系统。

英文摘要 |
At present, there are many problems in our frontier and minority areas, such as unreasonable structure of teachers, low professional level, less training opportunities, the high attrition rates and lack of bilingual teachers and so on. To solve these main problems, this paper puts the following suggestions: perfect the safeguard mechanism of frontier minority areas teachers treatment; innovate frontier minority areas teachers configuration system; strengthen teachers’ training; stick to national characteristics and regional characteristics of the construction of the teachers and expand the teachers team construction of external support system.
