Physical Education plays an important role on the formation of students' Lifelong Physical awareness, habits and abilities, and it was used to cultivate the abilities of cooperation and competition. This paper presents the characteristic and function of Mental Health Education in Physical Education. Methods to carry out psychological education were still discussed.
