篇名 網路大學學員接受度與管理方案之探討

中文摘要 由於網路科技的進步,帶來學習方式與教育的變革,且配合國家資訊基礎建設與終身學習的政策,網路學習已經成為人們繼續進修的一大管道,且是各國教育機構重視的焦點。本研究以參與中山網路大學資管系所開設的五門課之學員為研究對象,研究的目的在於:1.評估學習者對於網路大學中重要事件的接受度;2.瞭解網路大學之學習者人口屬性;3.探討不同學習者屬性對於網路大學接受度的影響;4.探究差異的原因並對未來發展提出建議與相關配套管理措施。研究發現網路大學的主客群是31-40歲的上班族,而不同的居住地、之前畢業科系、年齡及修過幾門課在接受度上都有顯著差異等許多結果。本研究發現可提供相關機構推行與發展網路大學的參考,也能讓學習者更加瞭解網路學習的特性,並可提供管理者與教學者設計更符合線上學習需求的課程與環境,進而促進網路大學的未來發展。
英文摘要 The rapid advance of information technology in the past decade has transformed the way we learn and the education. To pursue the goal of NII and the policy of life-long learning, e-learning has become a means of providing learning and an important event of institute in education. The subjects for this research are students enrolled in 5 different courses of the MIS e-learning master's credit course programs on the NSYSU Cyber University. The objectives of this study include (1) exploring students acceptance of the Cyber University; (2) exploring the population demographic of the Cyber University; (3) exploring the effect of population attributes to the acceptance; and (4) providing concrete suggestions to managers, instructors, learners, and researchers. The results found most students are 31-40 year-old employee, there are significant differences of overall satisfaction in the attributes like, residential location, previous major, age, and number of courses taken and so on. The results of our study are valuable for Cyber University managers and instructors such that they can get better senses about how to design more adequate e-learning programs and how to conduct higher quality of online courses.
