师范生免费教育政策就是要进一步在全社会形成尊师重教的浓厚氛围，让教师成为全社会最受尊重的职业；就是要培养大批优秀的教师，鼓励更多的优秀青年终身做教育工作者。本研究通过问卷调查、深度访谈等方法对西北地区某师范大学在校师模板科生进行了研究，就影响师范生对免费教育政策之意向有关因素以及师范生对免费教育政策的理解和看法等进行了分析，为师范生免费教育政策在西部地区的有效实施提供依据和建议。

| 英文摘要 |
Students free education policy is to further honoring teachers in the whole society formed a thick atmosphere for education to become the most respected social undertakings. Is to cultivate a large number of outstanding teachers, to encourage more outstanding young life to educators. Our group has made an investigation into the Normal students in Northwest Normal University. By the way of making questionnaire investigations and the interviews in details, an analysis has been made to show the factors which affect the normal students ‘intentions to the free education policy as well as the students’ under standing and their views of this policy. The analysis also be given to provide some useful suggestions and recommendations of the free education policy for the normal students in the western region.
