| 英文摘要 |
The research university should possess not only high-level research but also high-level talent cultivation. This paper proposes a model of talent cultivation that emphasizes meritocracy, research, innovation, practicability and openness. It is argued that this model helps to exert the unique advantage of the research university and achieve the mission of training and developing top talents.
