中文摘要 教學不該被簡化成方法,教學是一項建立在以師生關係為前提的人類活動,教師更不僅只是傳授教材內容的人。Noddings所主張的關懷倫理學,強調關懷者與被關懷者之間的互惠關係,提供了我們檢視教學意義的途徑,從關懷出發,理解教學需以多元開放的主體概念來看待師生關係,在與客體世界、他者以及自身的對話中協助學生學會某些東西。更重要的是,教學要符合倫理規範,視教學為一種引導學生成功學習的責任。教師應以做一位關懷的教師自許,認同自己身為關懷者的角色,發展具關懷性質的教師專業,重視課程統整與協同教學,應用關懷倫理學所主張的道德教育教學方法,為建立關懷文化的學校盡一己之力。
英文摘要 Teaching should not be simplified to just a method. A teacher’s role is more than passing on knowledge. Teaching is a human activity based on the relationship between teachers and students. The care ethics by Noddings stands for the reciprocal between one-caring and cared-for, which provides a way to examine the meaning of teaching. Start from caring, it is important to understand that teaching involves the open and diverse concepts from subjectivity to face the teacher-student relationship. Through the dialogues between self to objective world, self to others, or self to self help students to learn. The most important thing is teaching should be in line with ethics. The responsibility to help students be successful learners is a teacher’s first priority. A teacher should expect himself to be a caring teacher, and identify himself with the role of one-caring. A caring teacher goes along the caring teaching expertise, emphasizes curriculum integration and collaborative teaching, apply moral education methods, and make an effort for the school to establish the caring atmosphere.
