目前，情绪型犯罪的严重性已经引起了我国司法界和有关专家的重视，对情绪型犯罪的研究业已展开，并成为我国法学领域的重要研究内容。本文从情绪心理学的角度探讨青少年情绪型犯罪的心理特点和心理成因，并提出了相应的心理干预机制，为减少和防范我国青少年情绪型犯罪提供参考。

| 英文摘要 |
At present, the severity of emotional crime has caused our attention to the judiciary and the relevant experts, and the research on emotional crime has begun. It becomes an important research field of law. This paper from the perspective of emotional psychology, discuss psychological characteristics and psychological reasons of the emotional type juvenile crime, and proposed mechanism for the corresponding psychological intervention, to reduce and prevent the emotional type juvenile crime.
