中文摘要 高校学生规模的迅速扩张导致高教育的结构、目标、以及社会经济作用发生明显变化。在学生规模扩张和异质化过程中,以往被排除在传统高等教育之外的,具有不同社会、经济和文化背景的新的学生群体迅速增长。本研究利用北京市高校学生调查数据,分析扩招之后我国高等院校中各类学生群体的学习行为特征,以及高校教学质量和学生学习行为之间的关联性。并在此基础上思考各类高等教育机构教育需求的多样性和异质性,以及我国高等教育所面临的挑战。
英文摘要 As the Chinese higher education expanded from an elite to a mass system, there has been a significant change in the structure, goal and socio─economic function of higher education, and a fast growth of the student body with diverse socio─economic and cultural background, including those social groups that was traditionally excluded from higher education. Using the data from a university students survey in Beijing, this study analyses the patterns of students learning behavior by social groups and the relationship between teaching quality and learning behavior since the enrollment expansion. The study concludes with support for diversity in higher education institutions and recommendations for tacking challenges facing the Chinese higher education.
