性与恋爱是教育的敏感内容，英国政府根据社会要求与教育现状，颁布性与恋爱教育国家标准，详细规定性与恋爱教育的政策、教学、协作与补救，降低少女怀孕率并改善部分弱势群体地位，促进教育均衡发展，这有助于终身学习与全纳社会的构建，但在实施中也存在部分问题。

| 英文摘要 |
Sex and relationship is sensitive education contents. Based on the requirements of the society and realities of education, the British government issued national standards for sex and relationship education. It stipulated the policy, teaching, collaboration and remedy in details. The implementation of the national standards has decreased teenage pregnant rate, improved the status of vulnerable people and promoted educational balanced development and the construction of lifelong learning and inclusive society. However there are still some problems in practice that need to be solved.
