We suggest that the cultivation system of full-time graduates be divided into two models of “research” and “profession”. This paper illustrates this issue in four parts: (1) the necessity for the establishment of double models; (2) the content of the double models; (3) its operation system; (4) the cost and benefit analysis of the double-model system.
