大學國際化發展戰略是高等教育領域的重要課題。世界著名大學都在思考如何在全球化時代有效地實施大學國際化發展戰略。本文對北京大學、東京大學、首爾大學這三所東亞地區著名高等學府的國際化發展戰略進行述評和比較，分析它們積極應對全球化時代的挑戰，推進自身國際化進程，從而實現各自發展目標的措施，希冀為其他國家和地區大學的發展提供可資借鑿的經驗。

| 英文摘要 |
Development strategy for university internationalization is an important topic in area oh higher education research. World leading universities are thinking how to effectively implement their development strategy for internationalization in the era of globalization. This paper describes and compares the strategies by Peking University, Tokyo University and Seoul University, the three leading universities in East Asia, analyzes their proactive measures to meet the challenges in era of globalization, to propel themselves into internationalization and to realize their respective development goals. We hope this can provide a reference for development of universities in other countries.
