Mr. Tao is a well─known educator in latter─day times, whose educational thoughts and theories still have great significance on today’s education. The article discusses his educational thoughts which involve the educational reform ideas and practice in rural area. This discussion can give us some new ideas and inspirations for the development of education in rural areas.
