网络课程资源和学习支持服务是远程教育系统两大支柱子系统。对网络课程要素的认识和研究会直接影响网络课程的建设与应用。本文从网络课程的建设需求出发，对我国网络课程建设的现状、问题和趋势进行了分析，并对其特征和要素进行了分析，最后还针对我国网络课程建设的问题提出了建议。

| 英文摘要 |
Firstly, based on the demands of the development of the network courses in China, this paper analyzes the three characters of the network courses. Secondly, based on the analysis of the related data of the network courses which participated the 2008 Pilot Network Course Accreditation, this paper sorts the history, the present situation and the trend of the network courses in China, generalizes the two types of the future network courses and the five fundamental elements of it. Finally, in view of the present situation of the network courses in China, this paper makes proposals for the future construction.
