资源和网络一直是学校生存和取得竞争优势的主要战略因素。急于彼此需要互助，学校和其它组织机构组成了一个网络结构，学校需要的资源就分散地存在于这个网络之中的各个节点上，这就是网络资源。学校的社会嵌入性决定学校的全部行为都是围绕获得网络资源而展开的，包括学校社会资本的积聚、加强对组织知识的学习、提高学校吸收资源的能力等。

| 英文摘要 |
Resources and network are the most important elements for schools to obtain competitive advantages. Base on mutual need and interaction, school and other organizations constitute network and the resources the school needs are distributed in each point of the network, that is, network resources. The social embeddedness of school makes the whole school behave to obtain network resources, such as school social capital accumulation, the enhancement of organization knowledge study, and the improvement of school capacity to absorb resources.
