本文从高等教育财政模式与高等教育体制模式的机理出发，解析了理论形态下高等教育财政模式与高等教育体制模式的内涵与相互关系，构建了S-0结构机理模型，仿真了高等教育财政模式对高等教育体制模式的影响趋势，最后指出研究结论，并给出政府建议。

Using an S-0 model, this study develops a theoretical analysis concerning the nature of and interconnections between mode of finance and mode of management in higher education. The model estimates the tendency of impact of mode of finance on mode of management in higher education system, and concludes with policy recommendations to promote higher education development.
