中文摘要 理论导向的教育政策经验研究,是指基于对实然的教育政策现象的经验认知,运用相关理论或提炼本土概念和分析框架对现象加以解析,从而在发展政策理论的过程中揭示教育政策的真相、性质和规律。本文尝试回答何谓经验研究与理论导向、如何开展理论导向的教育政策经验研究及其对于构建本土政策理论的意义。
英文摘要 Empirical research on educational policies guided by theory regards the investigation on the apperceive data in the process of educational policies as the bases in order to reveal and understand the real phenomena of educational policies and develop a theoretical way of research through applying relevant theories or working out related concepts. In recent years, some Ph. D. students of Educational Policies, in graduate school of education of Peking University, finished their dissertations on China’s major higher education polices through this research path. Their researches concentrated on the processes of educational policy including formulation, implementation and evolution. They have made a preliminary progress in the accumulation of policy—knowledge, the development of policy—theories, and, improvement of policy—system.
