| 英文摘要 |
Reinforcing university soft strength and promoting university competition ability are the strategic choice adopted by a university to realize its overall, coordinate and sustainable development under the global and competitive environment. The university soft strength includes cultural, political, spiritual, structural force and so on. Construction and consolidating university soft strength depends on the fast─growth economic strength, which is the material base, while the very rare chance of development is the essential motive power, and the energy university cultural, is the important carrier. During the process of promoting the university soft strength, the negative influence of planned system must be eliminated, various obstacles should be surmounted and the inner─birth strength should be strengthened so as to cultivate university spirit and strengthen the cohesive affinity of university soft strength. It is very important to plan the development of university soft strength.
