中文摘要 本研究旨在探討台灣地區國小教師的實用智能、緣分信念、內團體偏私與心理健康、工作表現之潛在關聯。研究者以台灣地區國小教師2221 人為研究對象,利用「國小教師實用智能量表」、「國小教師緣分信念量表」、「國小教師內團體偏私量表」、「國小教師心理健康量表」、「國小教師工作表現量表」蒐集實證資料。蒐集所得實證資料透過驗證性因素分析,來釐清國小教師實用智能、緣分信念、內團體偏私與心理健康、工作表現的因素結構。最後再透過結構方程模式的統合分析,釐清國小教師實用智能、緣分信念、內團體偏私與心理健康、工作表現之關聯。研究發現國小教師實用智能、緣分信念、內團體偏私與心理健康與工作表現之間有顯著關聯。根據研究發現,本研究對未來研究提出可行建議。
英文摘要 The main purpose of this study was to explore potential association among elementary school teachers’ practical intelligence, in-group favoritism, Yuarn-Feng beliefs, mental health, and job performance. The major instruments for this study were “Elementary School Teacher Practical Intelligence Scale”, “Elementary School Teacher Yuarn-Feng Beliefs Scale”, “Elementary School Teacher In-Group Favoritism Scale”, “Elementary School Teacher Mental Health Scale”, and “Elementary School Teacher Job Performance Scale”. Questionnaire survey was conducted with elementary school teachers from Taiwan area. The obtained data was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was significantly correlation among elementary school teachers’ practical intelligence, Yuarn-Feng beliefs, in-group favoritism, and mental health, job performance. Suggestions for future study were included in this study.
