高等教育价值观的多元化是不争的事实，对我国高等教育评价提出了新的要求。我国高等教育评价实践中的诸多问题与矛盾，主要是由于评价建立在单一的教育价值基础上。以政府为主导的评价重视了政府的高等教育价，而忽视了其它利益相关者的高等教育价值诉求，导致评价准则和标准不能很好地体现多元利益主体的价值需求。价值协商与认同是高等教评价改革的未来选择，可通过建立高等教育评价中利益关系人的参与机制、利益保障机制和价值协商机制解决我国高等教育评价中价值观多元化问题。

| 英文摘要 |
The reality of diversified values in contemporary China puts forward new requirements to higher education evaluation. But many problems still exist in Chinese higher education evaluation practice；for instance, the subject of evaluation is separated from is object. The root of those problems lies in that the government is a single evaluator, and the evaluation criteria fail to represent diversified stakeholders’ value. The negotiation and identify of value is a new way for higher education evaluation.
