Asian-Pacific region has developed a distinctive research model as compared that of the West. This is due to the differences in political, economic and social development strategies, contexts, cultural traditions and educational systems, especially higher education systems. As the data has shown, the world of research the Tilting to Asia. Despite the existence of certain obstacles to science and technology progress in Asia-Pacific region, it is no doubt that the region is growing with increasing importance in global knowledge production
