The core competitiveness of the university is a competitive power to keep up the university's survive and development. At the information age, the key to demonstrate the core competitiveness of the university is training resource-oriented sharing for university imformatization. This paper describes the concept of core competitiveness, the system of core competitiveness of resource-oriented sharing for university informatization and how to train it.
