经过30多年的发展,台湾省形成了由立法创制、“教育部”控制,并吸纳民间评鉴机构参与的比较完整的高等教育评鉴制度。其中“教育部”是组织评鉴活动的主体,将具体的评鉴活动委托给独立的专责机构-高等教育评鉴中心和民间评价机构-台湾评鉴协会。

英文摘要 |
After nearly 30 years of development, Taiwan Province has established a complete education accreditation system characterized by legislative initiative, administrative control and non-governmental organization’s participation. The “Ministry of Education” decides whether and when to accredit education institutions , and then entrusts accreditation procedure mainly to two organizationsplHigher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan which is a public institution, and the Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association which is non-governmental.
