自上个世纪90年代以后，“就业能力”作为欧美劳动力市场政策分析的重要研究工具被广泛用于大学生就业问题的研究领域。本文通过梳理国外相关研究文献，全面介绍国外（大学生）就业能力的概念、内涵和模型并对其分别做了比较分析，以期对构建切实可行的国内大学生就业能力框架、指导大学生提高自身就业能力有所启示。

| 英文摘要 |
As an important research tool in informing labor market policy in the USA, EU and beyond since 1990, "Employability" has been widely used to analyze the problem of the Employment of Graduate. By examining the existing research, this paper introduces different concepts, components and various models of graduate employability and provides some analysis and comparison. It offers inspiration for developing a practical model of graduate employability in our country, which is helpful to graduates to improve their employability.
