中文摘要 本研究主要目的在于探讨国小教师在嗓音保健方面之知识、行为及自觉健康现况,并比较吵静地区教师是否有所差异,研究样本来自台北地区14所小学共215位教师。研究主要发现包括:(1)教师在嗓音知识的答对率为64.4%。(2)在行为方面影响嗓音健康最常见的习惯为提高音量,其次为睡眠不足。(3)教师最常见嗓音健康征状包括:喉咙干、喉咙紧、讲话容易疲劳、嗓音沙哑等。另有约10%的人表示经常失声。(4)整体说来,吵校教师较静校教师有显著多的嗓音不适征状;但在知识、行为上则无差异。
英文摘要 The main purpose of the study was to explore the knowledge, behavior of voice health, and the self-perceived voice health among primary school teachers in Taipei. In addition, the study also compared those variables between teachers in noisy and quiet school. The sample was selected from 14 schools, with the total number of valid question-naires being 215. Results indicated that the rate of the rate of correct answers for the knowledge test of voice health among teachers was 64.4%. At the aspect of behavior, the most common detrimental behaviors to voice health were "loud speaking", followed by "inadequate sleep". The most common symptoms of voice problems among the teachers included "dryness in the throat", "vocal strain", "voice fatigue", and "hoarseness". The 10% of teachers usually or always have the "loss of voice" experience. As a whole, the teachers in noisy schools reported more voice symptoms than the teachers in quiet schools, but there was no significant different on voice health knowledge, behavior between two groups.
