公平与效率是人类社会的永恒问题，在当今中国高校分配制度的改革中，二者的矛盾也有新的表现。改革以效率的诉求为初衷和中心，效率的提升已是有目共睹。相对而言，公平的问题得以突出，明显滞后于效率的实现。如何将对效率的激励作用体制化、恒长化？如何找准效率与公平的平衡点？对这些问是的研究与解决已成为进一歩深化高校分配制度改革的关键。

As one of the eternal problems of the human society, the contradiction of justice and efficiency also emerges in nowadays’ Chinese university distribution reform. Though the key of the reform is promoting the efficiency, we should not neglect the achievement of justice. How to systematize the impelling effect of efficiency？How to harmonize the relations between justice and efficiency？There are the cruxes in further reform.
