中文摘要 教师是决定学校教育质量的关键因素之一,如何促进教师专业发展是教育工作者普遍关心的问题。随着\"校本"思想的传入与认同,校本教研活动受到了广泛关注。本文认为,校本教研主要是一种理念,而非一种简单的行为方式,它有利于教师"实践-反思\"能力的提升。本文以上海市一所普通农村中学作为个案学校,考察了该学校校本教研活动的开展状况、成果及问题,并提出了值得进一步研究的课题。
英文摘要 As teacher is one of the most critical factors in schooling, how to promote teachers' development attracts much attention from the educators and education administrators. As the idea of "school-based" spread to China, "school-based" teaching and research got popular in recent ten years. This article argues that" school- based" teaching and research isn't a simple behavior style but the ideas behind it, it provides opportunities to teachers so that they can promote their practice-reflection ability. In this paper, I take a countryside middle school as the case school, explored and analyzed its development situation, achievement and problems in the "school-based" activities. There also have some issues which need a further study.
