教师是决定学校教育质量的关键因素之一,如何促进教师专业发展是教育工作者普遍关心的问题。随着\"校本"思想的传入与认同,校本教研活动受到了广泛关注。本文认为,校本教研主要是一种理念,而非一种简单的行为方式,它有利于教师"实践-反思\"能力的提升。本文以上海市一所普通农村中学作为个案学校,考察了该学校校本教研活动的开展状况、成果及问题,并提出了值得进一步研究的课题。

英文摘要 |
As teacher is one of the most critical factors in schooling, how to promote teachers' development attracts much attention from the educators and education administrators. As the idea of "school-based" spread to China, "school-based" teaching and research got popular in recent ten years. This article argues that" school- based" teaching and research isn't a simple behavior style but the ideas behind it, it provides opportunities to teachers so that they can promote their practice-reflection ability. In this paper, I take a countryside middle school as the case school, explored and analyzed its development situation, achievement and problems in the "school-based" activities. There also have some issues which need a further study.
