中文摘要 社會環境的快速變遷,唯有透過不斷的創新,方能創造更佳的辦學績效,因此,學校創新經營成為提升學校效能的重要策略。本研究以桃竹苗四縣市國民小學為範疇,旨在探討學校創新經營與學校效能的現況與分析兩者之間的關係,透過文獻探討與問卷調查法蒐集資料,除使用敘述統計、積差相關、迴歸分析進行資料分析,並採用結構方程模式檢證之間的線性關係。本研究重要發現如下:(1)桃竹苗四縣市國民小學創新經營與學校效能的現況尚稱良好。(2)學校創新經營與學校效能具有高度正相關。(3)學校創新經營確實影響且有助於學校效能。根據上述結論,本研究提出具體建議,以供學校發展策略之參考。
英文摘要 For the rapid changes of the whole social environment, we need continuous innovation. Therefore, school innovative management has been proved to be the most important strategies for school effectiveness. This study aims at the understanding of the current practice of the innovative management and school effectiveness and their relationships in the elementary schools of Taoyuan county, Hsinchu county, Hsinchu city and Miaoli county. Through literature reviews and questionnaire survey, using the description statistics, correlation, regression and SEM to analyze the data base, three findings are proposed: (1) the overall current conditions are good; (2) school innovative management has highly positive correlation with school effectiveness; and (3) school innovative management is indeed helpful to school effectiveness. According to these, we also provide some concrete suggestions as the references for the school developments.
