中文摘要 教研组的功能转型直接影响学校的转型变革,在当前的教研组建设中,普遍存在着一些突出问题。主要表现在过度关注形式性的组织功能,忽视教师自我发展与外在促进的功能;过分强调事务性的管理功能,忽视教研组长主动性与领导力的提升。教研组建设的核心问题就是人的发展问题,因此教研组的转型首先要从人的角色意识转变入手。具体表现在教研组长的角色转换与自我发展;骨干教师的主动发展与引领作用的发挥;群体教师的多元互动与内动力形成等方面。
英文摘要 The functional transformation of teaching and research group directly influences the transformation of school. There are some prominent problems in the current construction of teaching and research group: excessive attention on the form of organizational function; overlook the function of teacher self-development and external promotion; overemphasize the routine management function; ignore the promotion of initiative and leadership of teaching and research group leader. The key problem of the construction of teaching and researching group is the development of human, so the transformation of teaching and research group should firstly start from the change of the consciousness and the role of people, which include the following aspects: the role change and self-development of group leader; the initiative development and the playing of leading role of backbone teachers; the multiple interactions and formation of internal force of group teachers.
