As a school’s spirit and soul, the idea of running a school refers to rational ideas on how to run a school, value pursuit and relative educational theories. It’s shown in the history of modern school development that explicit and advanced ideas of running a school is such a motivation that leads schools to progress constantly. Therefore, it is a very important issue for modern school management to know the basic characteristics and the formation process of the idea of running a school, and then to establish and practice it with its own characteristics.
