In modern education, compromise among multiple stakeholders is an important mechanism to settle disputes and disagreement, remove resistance and obstacle, and promote development in the process of educational institutional reform. Also in this process, compromise mechanism alone is not sufficient. The smooth development of educational institutional reform also requires stable and reliable compromise procedures.
