在线教学、网络教学是当前远程教育领域乃至教育领域很流行的词汇，然而如何提供优质的网络教学也是很多研究者、实践者关注的问题。网络教学是一项系统工程，不仅仅需要教师转换角色、提升在线教学能力，还需要相应的制度配合及广大管理者的参与和配合，这其中涉及到的很多因素都会影响网络教学的质量。本期我们有幸采访了台湾空中大学的杨家兴教授，杨教授有着多年丰富的媒体教学和管理方面的经验，希望本次访谈能给广大读者更深入的了解什么是网络教学，如何进行网络教学，从而更加充分体会到从事网络教学是一趟很有满足感、收获很大的学习之旅。

| 英文摘要 |
Online teaching and web─based teaching is so popular in the field of distance education even education. It is a problem how to provide high quality online teaching for many researchers and practices. However, it is a systematic work, and need teachers to change the roles and improve online teaching strategies, relevant rules and management. All of these factors will affect the quality of online teaching. In this issues, we are honored ton interview with Prof. Yang Chiashing at National Open University in Taiwan. Prof. Yang has plenty of media instruction and management experience. We hope that you could learn more about what is online teaching and how to deal with it, and feel the joyful learning travel.
