在对284名大学生进行预调查的基础上，对1379名大学生与103名高校优秀教师的正式问卷调查，探讨了当代大学优秀教师评价标准的结构维度。结果发现：大学优秀教师的评价标准由能力、责任心、品德高尚、创新精神、人格魅力、心理健康6个维度构成；大学生对优秀教师的评价与优秀教师自身的评价间存在统计学意义，有良好的一致性；在具体评具标准上，学生更重视能力，教师更重视责任和品德；性别与文理科在上述评价标准上均不存在统计学意义上的差异，评价标准具有广泛的使用范围。

| 英文摘要 |
Based on a pre─investigation on 284 college students, 1379 college students and 103 exemplary teachers in higher educational institutions were investigated with a formal questionnaire on the evaluation standards for exemplary teachers. The results show that the evaluation standards for exemplary college teachers consist of six dimensions：ability, responsibility noble moral, creativity, personality attraction and mental health. There is coherence between students’ evaluation on the exemplary college teachers and the teachers’ self evaluation；as for specific evaluation standards, students value “ability” more while teachers value “responsibility” and “moral ” more. And there is no significant difference in the sense of gender and discipline of arts and science. It indicates that the evaluation standards have wide application scope.
