It was said that because of the exaggerated report on crisis the USA was in danger, and at the same time attributed the result to educational crisis, however, it would be better to say it was a estimable crisis consciousness and an important crisis strategy instead of a presence of crisis fact. The crisis consciousness is an improvement of American which can be used to draw people’s attention to education and inspire the Americans spirit and patriotism, so it is a excellent crisis consciousness. The true crisis does not lie in the serious educational issues but lies in the unconsciousness of the serious issues.
