本文尝试从组织的文化信念、结构设计和权力运行三种视角对美、英、德三国的学院制组织模式进行考察。各国的学院制组织模式为我国的学院制改革可以提供以下启示：以“学术为本”、结构和权力运行的“上行”和“下行”机制、跨学科的学院组建模式、个人负责制与会议制相结合的组织体制以及趋于平衡的权力配置。

This paper researches the organization mode for the college system in the U. S., U. K. and German from three visual angles, namely the pursuing of the conviction, the design of construction, the movement of the power. These modes can offer many beneficial inspirations: regarding academic knowledge as fundamentality; up-and-down mechanism of the construction and the movement of the power; the organization mode for cross-discipline; the organization system of integrating individual and conference; the balance of scheme of scheme of the power.
