本文以陕西和宁夏320位电子信息类企业管理者为研究对象，采用问卷的方法调查了企业参与校企合作教育的动因及障碍因素。研究发现：企业参与合作教育的动因主要是人力资源和科技资源，其次是短期利益，最后企业才会考虑长远策略；管理和指导学生所花费的时间和精力、时间安排、学生安全和经费问题是制约大多数企业参与合作教育的主要因素；企业秘密、学生产出少、员工编制、合格学生和设施及场地等问题也在不同程度上影响着很多企业参与合作教育的积极性。

| 英文摘要 |
This thesis, taking 320 managers in the enterprises of electronics and information in Shanxi Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as research samples, inquires into their motives and obstacles affecting their demand for cooperative education through questionnaire. Empirical research reveals that: the main motives of enterprises’ participating in cooperative education consist of human resources and scientific resources. The next is short-term benefits and the last is long-term strategies; the main obstacles preventing enterprises from participating in cooperative education include lack of time and energy spent in managing and guiding students, difficulty in time arrangement, students’ safety and shortage of fund. Besides, such factors as enterprises’ business secrets, students’ productivity, overstaffing, students’ abilities, space and facilities, also affect the attitude of enterprises to a certain extent.
