中文摘要 澳大利亚政府十分关注波罗尼亚进程,积极推进教育国际化的新战略,在落实质量保证和多元化发展的基础上向国外推出”留学澳洲”品牌。在其倡导下召开的”2006国际教育论坛”以”挑战思维”为主旨,启发代表们重新审视全球化、网络化环境下的国际教育趋势,思考本国未来20年内的教育发展战略。在充分探讨质量资格认证、学分转换、质量保证及地区紧密合作方面将会产生的变化之后,与会的教育部长们确立了共同目标:进一歩增加学生和学术流动和学术资格的可转移性,从而确保建立质量保障体系和相互认可框架。
英文摘要 On the basis of diversity and quality since the beginning of Bologna Process, Australia government has been promoting an international education strategy in order to make “studying in Australia” more attractive. “Challenge your thinking” on the future of international education in the main concern of 2006 International Education Forum hosted by DEST of Australia, which intends to inspire the representatives to reconsider the new trends of the international education under the context of globalization and internetization and developmental strategies for domestic education in the future of 20 years. After the full discussions on the accreditation of qualifications, credit transfer, quality assurance, and the possible changes with close regional cooperation, the ministers attending the forum formulated a common goal:further increase the transferability of students mobility, cultural exchanges, and academic qualifications in order to assure the foundations of quality guarantee system and the frameworks of mutual accreditation.
