中文摘要 本研究旨在探討國民小學校長創新領導的信念、具體作為與相關問題。研究方法採取個案研究,採取訪談、參與觀察與文件分析來蒐集資料。研究發現:校長創新領導信念係秉持多元智慧理念,以學生學習為核心,發展校本課程與建立親師生夥伴關係,藉以提高辦學績效。校長創新領導作為有:一、能詳細評估學校環境,發展學校願景;二、能透過溝通與討論,建立目標意識與發展方向;三、能營造創新自由的文化;四、運用人際關係爭取社會資源,改善環境與設備;五、運用激勵策略,鼓勵參與創新方案;六、能信任工作團隊,發揮激勵和協調的責任;七、利用傳播媒體行銷學校創新成果。校長創新領導的相關問題有:一、部分家長只重視成績;二、校舍老舊,無法進行整體空間創新;三、執行方案過多時,形成教師的工作負擔加重;四、部分教師對課程設計與創新教學知能不足。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study was to explore the innovative leadership of one elementary school principal including his belief, actions, and problems. The case study approach was conducted using interviews, participation observation, and document collection for the collection of data. Based on the research findings, the conclusions were given as follows: The belief of principal's innovative leadership is based on the theory of multiple intelligences (MI) and with student-centered learning as the core idea to develop the school-based curricula, to establish the parent-teacher-student companions, and to eventually advance the school's performance. The multiple actions taken by the principal have included: 1. to assess in detail the environment and develop the school vision; 2. to establish the objective awareness and directions for future development via communication and discussions; 3. to create an innovative and liberal school culture; 4. to make use of interpersonal relations to strive for social resources; 5. to draw on motivational strategies to encourage participation; 6. to trust teams, and to utilize the mass media to publicize the results of innovation. There are also some problems exist regarding the innovative leadership, and they are: 1. Some parents focus solely on academic results; 2. schoolbuildings are too old to reconstruction; 3. too many innovative projects increase teachers' workload, and 4. Some teachers the lack of professional knowledge on curriculum design and innovative teaching.
