中文摘要 本研究旨在探討國小教師的宗教心理、正向心理與生活適應之因果關係。研究者抽取高高屏地區648名國小教師,進行問卷調查來蒐集實証資料,藉由結構方程模式來分析。統計結果顯示,國小教師宗教心理顯著正向影響其正向心理,且透過正向心理居中調節顯著影響其生活適應,而正向心理顯著正向影響其生活適應。根據此一研究發現,研究者對未來研究提供相關建議。
英文摘要 This study aimed to explore the causality of elementary teachers' religious psychology, positive psychology and life adjustment. The sample consisted of 648 elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung and Pingtung area. Results from structural equation modeling analyses indicated that elementary school teachers' religious psychology significantly and positively impact on positive psychology and through the moderator variable positive psychology significantly affect on their life adjustment. Besides, teachers' positive psychology significantly and positively affect on their life adjustment. According to these study findings, the researchers provide recommendations for future research.
