篇名 發展遲緩兒童精細動作能力運用之行動研究

中文摘要 本研究係面對本身教養發展遲緩兒童實務所提出的問題解決方式,因此基於研究之目的並落實專業成長之需求,採用行動研究,以單一個案為樣本為研究對象,從實際遭遇的問題中,擬定計劃、執行、修訂、反省、檢討與調整,以達協助提升其精細動作發展運用之能力之目的。研究發現,示範、模仿、提醒策略能發展「捏」物初步的精細動作能力,其次,「塗指甲油」策略能發展指尖捏物的精細動作能力,手指謠遊戲能延續指尖捏物的注意力。本研究依據結論,提出五點建議:使用「提醒」之策略可喚起短期記憶、可利用「塗指甲油」加強視覺線索、可採用手指謠作為轉換的活動、以舊經驗為基礎所設計的策略有助於與新經驗相連結,提升發展遲緩兒童之精細動作。
英文摘要 This study adopted action research to explore strategies for the developmentally delayed children to increase their finger coordination. This research employed a single case as the sample. Several conclusions were found in this study: 1.) The nip ability of fingers can be developed by such tactics as modeling, imitating and reminding. 2.) The nip ability of fingertips can be developed throung practicing nail polishing. 3.) The "finger ballad game" can contribute to extending the ability of fingertip nip. Based on the conclusions, five suggestions are offered. 1.) Using reminding tactic to arouse the child's short-term memory. 2.) Taking advantage of the "painting nail polish" to strengthen the child's visual clue. 3.) Adopting finger ballad to elicit learning activity. 4.) Designing learning strategies based on the prior knowledge. 5.) Employing action research to help develop finger coordination for developmentally delayed children. Upou the basis of the conclusions, suggestions are offered.
