中文摘要 杜威認為反省、探究、和教育是不能分開的,反省與探究會讓教師對教育有更廣、更深的瞭解,採取更明智的行動。因此,面對教學問題,教師必須透過反省、探究找出問題的原因,發展解決的策略。本研究旨在透過協同行動研究,讓參與本研究之實習教師對其教學的實際,及所遭遇的問題加以反省與改進。本研究成員包括二位國小代課抵實習之實習教師及二位師資培育者;研究方法,主要採用行動研究的步驟,包括尋求問題的起點、發現問題、澄清研究問題、發展行動策略並付諸實踐。研究結果發現實習教師,缺乏經驗,而一味遵循教科書所設計的活動,依樣畫葫蘆。然從參與行動研究的過程,實習教師一次又一次的投入與改進,面對教學上的問題,不斷的發展策略並付諸於實施,終於能拋開既定的、刻板的教學模式,走出技能操練的象牙塔,設計出更能適合自己班級的教學活動。本研究驗證了諸多信心與專業的成長。因此,筆者建議我國也能將行動研究融入師資培育的課程之中,要求職前教師,根據其興趣或關注的教育問題,從事行動研究。
英文摘要 This study on action research projects conducted by student teachers focused on how action research improved the understanding of educational practices by practitioner-researcher themselves. This study attempted to achieve the following objectives:(1)to understand how the student teachers engaged in action research arrange their reflection in their teaching;(2)to understand how the student teachers engaged in action research develop the strategies to cope with the challenges and problems of their teaching;and (3)to suggest how to improve physical education by using action research in the future. Data was collected from a number of different sources:case studies written by the interns, direct observation notes by the researchers, semi-structure interviews, and seminars. Two student teachers of elementary schools in Taichung County participated in this study. Data analysis included three stages:organizing data, and analyzing and interpreting data. The results action research can bring education breadth and depth of understanding and result in more intelligent actions. Student teachers in this study agreed that action research was a good way to improve their teaching and promote professional development. Suggestions for improving pre-service teacher education program action research should bed stressed.
