中文摘要 本研究旨在分析知識經濟社會的特性,明確知識人應具之特質,並探討因應此種需求,教學應如何創新以成功培養知識人,俾能有效參與知識經濟社會生產與消費的活動,遵守知識經濟倫理,必要時亦可能經由特殊訓練成為知識經濟的創業人,促進知識經濟的繁榮,共建一個知識經濟社會。在文獻探討及對成功的知識人作了內容分析之後,利用懷德術對十四位學者專家諮詢,先後進行書面意見往返三回合,共識漸大,分歧趨小。經與文獻探討內容分析結果一起探討,確定知識人特質十四項,知識經濟社會創新教學性能十五項,並據此建議規劃知識經濟社會中的教學應如何創新,提出創新目標與取向。
英文摘要 This paper was purported to analyze the characteristics of knowledge-based economy(KBE)society, to construct “knowledge person literacy” for an effective citizen to meet the demands of an ideal KBE society, and further to tackle how teaching to be improved and innovated so that can be capable of satisfying what a KBE society needs and wants.
Reviewing related literatures and some documents, this researcher grounded this study on a firm foundation, and conducted a study with Delphi technique to 14 scholars and specialists selected from related sectors including education, industrial education, communication technology, and communication engineering entrepreneur, etc. After three times back and forth dialogue in written forms, their opinions reached a fair agreement and the differences narrowed.
Through analyzing systematically and discussing completely, the results indicated “knowledge person ” as one capable of being an effective member in a KBE society should possess 14 characteristics.
In order to cultivate a “knowledge person” for KBE society, innovation is urgently demanded in current instruction. This study clarified 15 attributes as essential elements of KBE oriented instruction. Accordingly, this study constructed a guideline for orienting instruction innovation in terms of its objectives and directions.
