中文摘要 师幼互动是幼儿园最重要的人际关系,是实现幼儿园教学目标的重要途径,它具有目的性和生成性、双向性和主体性、指导性和暗示性等特征。但在幼儿园的教育教学实践中,其效果和质量却有着很大差异,原因在于它受到教师素养、互动节奏、环境氛围、组织形式和评价体系等诸多因素的影响。为此,只有全面提升教师素养,合理把握互动节奏,立体创设环境情景,灵活运用组织形式,大力创新评价体系,才能整体把握师幼互动的实践策略,促进师幼互动的良性发展。
英文摘要 The interaction between teachers and children is the most important relationship of the nursery, and it’s also an important way to achieve the goal of kindergarten teaching. It is characterized as purposive, generative, bidirectional, subjectivity, instructional and suggestive and so on. But the effectiveness and quality was quite different in the kindergarten teaching practice because it was influenced by literacy and the interactive rhythm, ambience, forms of organization and evaluation system, and many other factors. For this reason, the practical strategies and the development of the interaction between teachers and children can only be improved by raising literacy of teachers overall, grasping rhythm of the interactive reasonably, creating three-dimensional environmental scenarios, using the form of organization flexibly, innovating better evaluation system.
