中文摘要 在資訊化與全球化的浪潮下,社會環境的變遷快速,透過校長正向領導才能為學校教育的創新與績效帶來變革成長的力量,也才能提昇整體學校的競爭力。本研究旨在調查國民小學校長正向領導對學校效能的影響。在研究方法上採用問卷調查法,並編製「國民小學校長正向領導與學校效能調查問卷」,針對桃園縣、新竹市、新竹縣的925位公立國民小學教師為調查對象。本研究使用結構方程模式加以驗證校長正向領導與學校效能的線性關係,結果顯示具有良好適配度與參數估計。本研究建議校長宜充實正向領導,以提升學校效能。
英文摘要 With the development of information technology and globalization, social environment is now changing at a very rapid pace. Principal' positive leadership can not only bring about the power of change and growth for school innovation and performance, but also improve the overall competitiveness of the school. This study aimed to investigate the influence of positive leadership on effectiveness of management in primary schools. The researcher created “The principal' positive leadership and effectiveness of school management questionnaire” to carry out the study. The survey objects are 925 primary school teachers across Taoyuan County, Hsinchu City, and Hsinchu County. The study used structural equation modeling to verify the linear relationship between the principal' positive leadership and the effectiveness of the school management. The results show a good degree of fit with the parameter estimates. Accordingly, the study suggests that principal should enrich the positive leadership to enhance the effectiveness of school management.
