The research of [micro-issues] face the real world of teacher, which can inspire teacher’s professional consciousness and professional emotion, and also get teacher’s dignity. [Micro-topics] research, the conscious acts of teachers, needs popularization in a wider region. During the process of implement, there strategies should be persisted: from administrative authority to administrative guide； from [research project] to [issue research]； from [example discuss] to [effective discuss].
