本文对非英语专业大学生进行了有关元认知策略与大学英语写作的相关性的实证性研究。结果显示：非英语专业大学生在英语写作过程中不同程度地使用元认知策略，但大多数只是停留在“有时使用”甚至“偶尔使用”的程度，使用最多的是选择注意策略，使用最少的是自我评价策略。然而自我评价策略对写作成绩有一定的解释力。其次，整体使用频率与写作成绩存在相关性。

The present paper reports the relationship between the meta-cognitive strategies and College Englishwriting achievements. The investigation reveals that the non-English majored students use the meta-cognitive strategies in their English writing to different degrees. Generally speaking, using the strategies is related to the writing achievements.
