中文摘要 本研究以Senge的五項修練觀點,將鑽研的重點放在解析並驗證我國大學校院的知識管理、組織知識制度和組織學習能力間的相互關係。本實徵研究發現,不同大學校院類型在知識管理、組識知識制度和組織學習能力上有顯著差異;大學校院知識管理、組織知識制度對組織學習能力具有正向影響關係;知識管理和組織知識制度對組織學習能力分別扮演著主要影響和中介影響的角色:本研究研擬之架構模式,頗為適切。最後本研究提供四項具體建議,作為改進高等教育之參考。
英文摘要 Based on viewpoint of the fifth discipline, the study tried to interpret and testify the relationship among knowledge management, organizational knowledge institutionalization, and organizational learning capacity in universities. The empirical findings were as follows: (1) There were significant differences of knowledge management, organizational knowledge institutionalization, and organizational learning capacity from different universities. (2) Both knowledge management and organizational knowledge institutionalization had positive influences on organizational learning capacity. (3) Knowledge management and organizational knowledge institutionalization played main and moderate enactors to organizational learning capacity respectively. (4) The model we proposed was well fit.
