本研究旨在瞭解一個統整課程方案如何在特定情境脈絡中規劃與實施，研究方法採取質性研究，以多元方法來交叉檢視、蒐集與分析資料，首先以文件分析與觀察紀錄描述該課程方案的發展情境、課程規劃的要旨與實施的概況；其次，使用訪談和理論分析，探討描述層面所浮現的問題焦點蘊含的原因與意涵，主要歸歸成課程計畫、課程實施、課程統整形式等層面進行分析；再針對這些層面背後蘊含的共同主題進行探討。最後透過同儕諮詢，促發研究者進一步思考整個研究的推論與對教師的意義，反省研究的限制，並提出對該個案的建議，以供教育當局、其它學校和教師參考。

| 英文摘要 |
The main purpose of this study is to explore the planning and implementation of a program based on curriculum integration. This study describes the context of the program with document analysis and the records of observations, investigates the planning, the implementation, the forms of integration of the program and discloses their implications with interviews and theories analysis, while maintaining research reflexive through peer debriefing. Some findings and suggestions are proposed in the conclusions.
