教育的收益有很多，而不仅仅体现为货币化的收益。本文对教育的非货币化收益做了文献综述，从对自身的非货币化收益、对家庭成员的溢出效益等三个方面，指出教育不仅有益于投资教育的个人本身（获得更高的收入，具有周全的思考能力），也有利于整个社会（更高的生产率，技术创新，更加健康）。

| 英文摘要 |
Education has many benefits beyond monetary returns. This study is a small─scale literature review concerning the non─monetary benefits and spillover benefits of education. The study concludes that, in terms of the learner’s own non─monetary benefits family and social spillover benefits, education has a broad scope of benefits including private benefits（an individual can earn more and improve thinking ability） and public benefits（society as a whole can improve productivity, technological innovation, and health）.
